Shipping & returns

How we ship your order and how to send it back.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

During promotions, holidays and other busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

All orders ship by courier. Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, based on your address.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address at checkout.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not happy with a product, return it to us within 30 days of delivery and we will give you a refund.

Before sending anything back, please contact us to request a return authorization.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
